So- lets have a look at photos of the aligners first (they're less gross):
The below picture shows that the two teeth on the right, (first bump), they're slightly higher than the rest of my teeth!

ReplyDeleteHere in London, it's cold and miserable, so I am able to keep my Invisalign trays in almost 23 hours a day as there is no chance of me taking them off for a dip in a pool or sea!

ReplyDeleteHI, I actually use my thumbnails to pull them out rather than my index fingers. Not sure why. I have my second set in now, and to be honest they are fine, much easier than first day with my 1st set. I think it helps when you know what to expect.
