I just put the 7th trays in... and they're ultra tight- well, for the first erm 5 minutes top... Now they're surprisingly okay (still tight though).
From today, I am going to be wearing my aligners 22 hours a day. No more excuses of not putting them back on immediately after meals. I am going to brush my teeth and trays more often and get my hubby to taste the food while I cook! :P

Yay! 7th trays! That's one thing I hate about the trays is that every time you want to eat you have to take them out and brush. You can't really continually indulge without it being a hassle lol

ReplyDeleteProblems with my bite? Not really - do you mean that you feel your teeth are a bit sensitive when you bite? My teeth are feeling a bit sensitive at the mo, especially my lower... 7th tray is definitely giving me aches! I can email you where I am receiving my treatment but I don't really want to advertise it here just yet! :)
ReplyDeleteI have to confess, I secretly enjoy when I change trays and they're a little bit tight.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your treatment!
I do too! But this was time the pain last more than a day! owhhhh... How long have you had yours?
ReplyDeleteI'm about halfway through tray 9, so almost 4 months. I do find every fourth tray or so leaves me especially sore.
ReplyDeleteHey, what i meant by problems with bite is, like when you take ur trays out, do ur teeth fit together when u have ur mouth closed? coz like when i close my mouth, only my back teeth touch.. sounds a bit weird/complicated lol but apparantly its gna be fine when the treatment is over..fingers crossed! and yh how silly of me ur obviously not going to want to advertise where ur having ur treatment done. good luck with it all :)
ReplyDeleteI don't want to advertise it now coz I haven't finished my treatment yet and I only want to recommend them when I have perfect teeth! hahaha. But I think you know where I am getting it done - it begins with a Q! :P
ReplyDeleteMy front teeth.. they never touched.. coz i have an overbite problem!! Hopefully they'll touch when the treatment is over! Good to hear that you got your problem answered. :D
To Lemon Tree - Really? I thought it's because I left my lower tray behind by accident, obviously, when I went on a short holiday break during my 6th tray treatment! No pain anymore- so hopefully everything is okay! I do try to wear the trays as often as I can now, over 22 hours a day!! :)
ReplyDeletehey im also havin treatment think at the same clinic! have only jus gone for my impressions so i stil have a bit of a wait! its been great readin your blog... prepares me for what to expect!!
ReplyDeletei jus wondered what you meant by they have not touched your front teeth? i have an overbite and thought thats what the braces were meant to be fixing was i wrong?
well - your reasons might be a different from mine but i do find every few trays there is one that is really tight.
